Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive in 10 to 15 business days. Every product page shows the delivery dates for an order placed today, so you can see the window before you buy. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also open your order confirmation email and click "View your order", or visit our Track your order page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We ship to addresses across the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we will update or cancel it.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy for the full details.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Email a photo to sales@shopamify.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Discounts and payment
How does Buy 2, save 10% work?
Add any 2 items to your cart and 10% comes off automatically at checkout. Add 3 or more and you save 15%. It works across toys and home items, and you do not need a code.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify, and we never see or store your card details.
Is sales tax included?
Prices do not include sales tax. Any tax due is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Toys and safety
How do I pick the right toy for my child's age?
Every toy shows a recommended age on its product page, and you can shop by age from the menu. Toys with small parts are labeled for ages 3 and up, and we list batteries, sizes and what is in the box so there are no surprises.
Do batteries come with the toys?
It depends on the item. Each product page says how it is powered and whether batteries or a charging cable are included.
Gifts
Can I send an order straight to someone else?
Yes. Just enter their address at checkout.
When should I order for the holidays?
For Christmas delivery, order by early December. Product pages show an "order by" date during the holiday season.
